Discreet! Your package will arrive in a plain box from PC Ltd. No information regarding contents is included, in fact many people have had there packages delivered to work.  Only street addresses are allowed in shipping.

If you require PO box delivery, simply provide specific mailing instructions in the Additional Information/Instructions box on the Shipping Page and we will send your items via US Postal Service Certified Mail. Should we ever need to contact you by phone, our staff will always identify themselves by name from PC Ltd.

We never sell, trade or otherwise divulge customer information to any individual or company. Nor do we ever disclose any information about our customers to anyone.

Guarantee of Satisfaction. We supply our customers with a 30-day defective product exchange plan.  Should your item fail with-in the first 30 days from date of delivery, simply contact us at info@pleasurechesttoys.com for a Return Authorization and shipping instructions. Once we receive the defective item, we will rush your replacement to you. All items are battery tested by us prior to shipping to ensure that you receive a fully functioning product. We cannot accept returns on non-defective items because we want you to feel as sure as every one of our customers that your items are brand new and delivered factory direct from us to you.
